General Delivery Information

All Delivery prices in our site/app are provided by their respective Sellers. Some of our Seller may offer shipping discount by percentage or may be free shipping on many orders (it depends on the seller decision).

Shipping price and other prices will calculated by our system and will provided to the customer.

How do items delivery work?

After the customer checkout his/her item, double new email message will generate from our system and send it to both of the items buyer and seller. Next within 3 days after the email delivery time, the seller should inform us that the item is ready or not to deliver, if the seller is ready to deliver the item, he/she must inform us through the link provided in the email, then after the seller informs that a new email message will generate from our system and will sent to the customer to notify about his/her order.

Next If the seller ready message sent to the buyer then the item is ready for delivery. After the provided estimated delivery time the item will be delivered to the buyer successfully.

What shipping methods are the seller using for delivery?

The seller may use any of the below methods but not limited to.

  • Governmental postal Service
  • DHL
  • UPS
  • TNT
  • FedEx and many more depend on the seller choices
